Seconds from Sea, Sand and Shops...

Seaview Villa is a child’s stone’s throw from glorious sandcastle stretches with their shrimp pools and gentle spume, a few steps from the best ice cream parlour in England and within smelling distance of the baker and Grey Seal café.

Start the day running down to the sea in your swimsuit; then back, breathless and glowing, to towel off in the downstairs wet-room and have breakfast in our SMEG-red funky kitchen or through the French windows into the sunny walled courtyard.

Sturdy bedroom tables and High-speed Mesh internet enable the mornings for study, work or reading. Then walk along the cliffs in either direction all afternoon. If, as rarely, it's raining (Norfolk is one of the sunniest counties in Britain), you can still have tea outside, in the roofed patio. 

Take your drinks down to the beach for the stunning Sheringham sunset to astonish you afresh every evening, before a long, lazy dinner by the huge chimney barbecue… or in winter, the elegant dining room. 

Sometimes, perhaps, watch a film from the huge, comfortable sofas in front of a glowing fire. Finally upstairs to the proper brass bedsteads, and throw open French windows to the balcony staring out to sea.
